Replacement of Inoperable Fire/Smoke Dampers

SDPM/JFM Construcciones- Joint Venture was awarded with the Contract Number 36C24818D0109.

This project will replace 35 inoperable/inaccessible fire/smoke dampers located in building number one (1) at the VA’s San Juan Medical Center. This project includes the integration of these dampers to the new fire alarm system (Notifier) which is still pending activation, meanwhile these dampers will be connected to the existing Edwards fire alarm system. Additionally, this project will provide electrical connections and the integration to both alarm systems, as described above, to 23 newly installed dampers.
