San Diego Project Management, PSC (SDPM) was the managing partner of a joint venture and the project manager of the construction of the seventh largest electrical substation in Puerto Rico which supports the Caribbean Healthcare VA Hospital in San Juan, PR. 

As the project manager, SDPM was responsible for determining the construction cost estimates and schedule. Also, reviewed all submittals and shop drawings to ensure compliance with the contract specifications and local utility requirements. Furthermore, San Diego Project Management, PSC,  was responsible for the schedule and its updates, and the review of shop drawings before they go to the designer. 

As the Project Manager,  San Diego Project Management was responsible for the QC and safety of the project.  The project has a zero accident rate and still remains on budget with no claims submitted by any party to date.
