Olga Gracia, B.A.

Ms. Olga Gracia graduated in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Biology (Pre-medical) from  Universidad Ana G. Méndez, Gurabo, PR with a GPA of 3.79/4.0. Also, before deciding to go for a bachelor's degree, she earned an associate degree in Radiology Technology 2016 from Universidad Ana G. Méndez, Carolina, PR.

As an achiever as she is, she was awarded with honors and affiliation to several programs:

During her university years, she wrote twelve scientific papers.  She acquired two certifications from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CitiProgram) as Biosafety training for students (Score: 92. May 29, 2017) and Responsible Conduct of Research-RCR- (Score: 88. May 30, 2017.).

She is proficient in the use of basic and advanced laboratory and field equipment: pH meter, spectrophotometer, microscope, DNA extraction, PCR, electrophoresis, among others. Ms. Gracia has vast experience in laboratory and field techniques: water sampling, water salinity measurement, cell counts, culture media preparation, microalgae purification, taxidermy in birds. She knows animal care techniques: fecal flotation, blood test, medication dose preparation, parasite identification, vaccine administration, and general examination, among others.
