Mr. Mauricio Pando, is a Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the MATOC Contract with the Department of Veteran Affairs for Florida and Puerto Rico.  Mr. Pando has a MSCE in Construction Management, and is the first Construction Management graduate from the Construction Management program at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus.  Mr. Pando has been with  the firm since 2008.
