Mr. Jay Clemente…

…studied at Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico San Juan, Puerto Rico, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Aerospace Engineering in May 2019. 

From 2016 to 2018, he worked as Assistant Program Manager Engineer in the Department of Veteran Affairs, San Juan, Puerto Rico, assisting in managing and planning projects at the VACHS facilities and new location of Arecibo Veteran Center.  

 Mr. Clemente worked as Design Engineer from 2018 to 2019 for Indulac, Puerto Rico.

He also collaborated with JJ Builder Contractors as Project Engineer during 2019-2020. 

After that experience, he was contracted by San Diego Project Management, PSC, as Quality Engineer in the construction of the Morovis National Cemetery, Morovis, Puerto Rico.

Mr. Clemente supervises the activities of the Quality Control personnel for the different quality control activities. He is in charge of verifying that all work is carried out safely as per EM 385 -1-1 and OSHA 29 CFR - OSHA 1926 - Construction Standards. Participate in QC Planning by improving legacy checklists or developing new ones.
