Mr. Jaziel Martínez Torres

Mr. Jaziel Martínez began a bachelor’s degree in chemistry at University of Puerto Rico-Mayagüez Campus on 2008. On 2013 he understood that his attraction to engineering was significant that he took the decision of changing from carrier. He moved to Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico-San Juan in the pursue of a bachelor’s degree on Civil Engineering, which he completed on May 2016.

His first job was at one of the mayor companies in Puerto Rico telecommunication system, Claro former known as Puerto Rico Telephone Company. He performed as OSP engineer designing new or rearranged underground and aerial infrastructure for telecommunications.

On 2019, he was adjoined to the work team of San Diego Project Management, psc working as part of the QC and Safety team.

Mr. Martínez counts with the following certifications: Engineer in Training, Construction Quality Management (USACE) CAPM project management education certification, OSHA 30-Hour Construction training.

He is member of Instituto de Ingenieros Civiles de Puerto Rico, PUPR Chapter (IIC-PUPR), American Society of Civil Engineers, PUPR Chapter (ASCE-PUPR).
