Install New C-Arm at PM&R

The services required are:

A Design-Build for project 672-CSI-121 site preparation for the installation of a new C-Arm for the Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

The SDPM/JFM Construcciones Joint Venture will begin by finishing the preliminary design. Will perform the asbestos removal and at the same time will be working outside of the area contained asbestos doing HVAC work. The existing air supply and exhaust of the Hospital will be used. The demolition work on room C-121, C-122, C-119 and C-118 to cover an area of approximately 700 SF which is the area what the team proposes to install the new C-Arm.

Once the demolition is completed, the new fireproofing will be installed and then we will work in simultaneous activities. We will install the necessary plumbing, electrical work, medical gases, mechanical work, and finishing work.
