Provide Emergency Backup to Stand by Power for Motor Control Center at Chiller Plant

The project consists of providing emergency backup to the MCC’s at chiller plant, located at VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS). The project includes the construction of an enclosure next to the generator 14, the installation of two Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS) with closed transition capability, Main breakers, feeders installation, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) monitoring capability
connected to the existing System at the facility and other equipment as required.
