This is a Task Order 36C24819N0779 against MATOC 36C24818D0109 for a design build services to Construct Monumental Stairwell Suicide Deterrent Glass Enclosure, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) in San Juan, Puerto Rico with a value of $945,667.96.

This project contemplates all design and construction services needed for the complete replacement of the existing stairwells guard and handrail systems. Those systems are composed mainly of glass and stainless-steel. The main intent of the project is to improve the suicide prevention systems.

The SDPM/JFM Construcciones Joint Venture shall provide, but not limited to: all surveys, assessments, technical studies, analyses, design, permits, construction documents, technical specifications, technical expertise, labor, material, tools, equipment, and construction services that are deemed necessaries for the proper execution of the project described herein.
