SDPM performed preventive maintenance/emergency repairs of over 10,500 sensor points in Tracer Summit Building Automation System and Metasys Building Automation System at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System, Clinics, and Vet Centers. Within the contract period, the SDPM team inspected, repaired, calibrate the sensor points. The SDPM team found several sensors that were giving an indefinite amount of false positive alarms. SDPM  sought out the sensor verified that it worked properly and then reprogrammed the unit to properly communicate with the Tracer Summit System. By doing the proper follow up the team saved energy and eliminated the unnecessary requirement to catalog over 5,000 false positives on a daily basis.
